Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious and had big windows offering stunning views of the river. The service was top-notch with accommodating staff. The location was perfect, close to the river and walking bridge giving easy access to many restaurants. The dining experience was delightful, with a variety of local foods and fresh fruits to enjoy. The facilities were fantastic, making my stay truly enjoyable.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and clean with a nice view of the river, and the staff were some of the friendliest and most helpful I've encountered. The location was perfect, right on the river and a short walk to everything. The dining experience offered some delicious local foods with a wonderful view of the river. However, it did get quite busy with a large number of tourists. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly comfortable and the location was perfect, especially with the stunning view of the Ninh Kieu bridge at night. The hotel is close to everything, making it very convenient. The room was spotless, and even though there's no swimming pool, the gym on level 3 was decent. It would have been even better with a pool.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were huge, clean, and comfortable, but the smoking smell in the hallway was a downside. The service was decent, not overly enthusiastic, but the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, right on the river and a short walk to everything. The dining options were satisfactory, with a wide selection but mostly meat dishes.
I had a stunning 270-degree view of the city and river from my spacious suite on the 8th floor, complete with a safety box, LCD TV, coffee maker, tea, and complimentary bottles of water. The night view of Ninh Kieu Bridge was simply beautiful. The hotel's rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, offering a delightful experience.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although offering a 180-view of the river, did not live up to my expectations during my two-night stay. The service was exceptional, with friendly and willing employees who went above and beyond to assist us. The location of the hotel was excellent, being situated opposite the river and close to many shops and restaurants. However, the dining options, although featuring local foods and wonderful fruits, were not as varied as I had hoped. Overall, the facilities were adequate but could use some improvement.
I stayed at the hotel for 5 days and had a great experience. The rooms were nicely decorated with a stunning 180-degree view of the river at the end of the hall, and the staff were incredibly friendly and cooperative. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the night market and food street. However, the dining options were limited with daily coupons, and the hotel doesn't accept American dollars.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel - the fantastic view of the Mekong river and city from the 3 story block was breathtaking, especially from the hot tub in the deluxe double room. However, the service was lacking, with poor English-speaking staff and unfriendly behavior. The location was superb, right on the river's edge, but not fully geared towards Western visitors. The dining options were varied with some local delights but fell short with certain dishes. Despite some downsides, the facilities were satisfactory overall.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not so good experiences. The location was excellent, close to the river and a short walk to various attractions, but the room had a slight urine smell and damaged blinds in the bathroom. The service was exceptional with friendly staff accommodating all requests. The dining options were average with early closing times. The hotel facilities were decent, but there were some maintenance issues. Overall, it was a mixed bag of positives and negatives.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The location was superb, right next to the Ninh Kiều Wharf, making it easy to enjoy everything right in front of the hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a lovely view of the Ninh Kieu Bridge at night, but the dining experience was more geared towards Asian cuisine. The service was exceptional, with some of the friendliest and most helpful staff I've encountered, although the breakfast options were average.
I had a stunning 270-degree floor-to-ceiling view of the city and river from the 8th floor in September, with a very nice view of the river or the city, offering great views. The room's location was fantastic, providing a picturesque view of the surroundings.
I had the pleasure of staying in a river view room at the end of the hall, offering a breathtaking 180-degree view of the river. The room had a good ventilation system, providing a comfortable stay. The hotel's location by the river was a highlight, but it didn't accept American dollars. The dining experience was sumptuous with a great variety of options, although the procedure for meal coupons was a minor inconvenience.
I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very modern and spacious, although they tended to get a bit warm due to direct sunlight. The location at the end of the hall with a 180-degree view of the river was truly spectacular. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff, although there were some minor instances of disruptions. The location was perfect for exploring the city and offered easy access to dining options and the river. The dining experience was good overall, but lacked variety in Vietnamese options. The facilities were well-maintained and provided a comfortable stay.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a safety box, LCD TV, coffee maker, tea, and complimentary bottles of water, overlooking the stunning Ninh Kieu bridge that looks magical at night. The rooms have more character compared to the ones in the tall tower, with a lovely view of the river.
